Since the debut of the Invictus Speaker Reference we have realized that the gap between Dedalus and Invictus speaker cables is significant, resulting in a seemingly huge technical and commercial space between. Therefore we created the ideal middle ground, which could support very high level Hi-Fi systems, but would also be a compromise between costs. Dedalus Elite is certainly a speaker cable closer in concept to the Invictus Reference . In order to achieve the goal of Dedalus Elite based on Invictus Reference , we had to make a smart cut, so that the result would be at the highest level and at a lower cost.

The acoustic effect of Dedalus Elite is characterized by a decisive step forward towards naturalness and control of the sound compared to Dedalus MKII, while the dynamics of listening and rich soundstage, very much resemble and refer to its 'older brother' - Invictus Reference. Certainly Dedalus Elite is an ideal candidate for high-end Hi-Fi systems , even if not on an absolute level, due to certain sacrifices resulting from reducing costs in order to approach Invictus Reference, the sacrifices made are certainly not emphasized in the listening phase .

Dedalus Elite is not simply a cheap Invictus, because although many technical solutions are derived from the latter, the basic design is completely new, developed in order to pay attention to the economic factor. The conductors, as befits Ricable cabling, are made of 7N copper (purity 99.99999%) in Ricable technology - MARC© (Multicore Annealed Ricable Conductor), while the construction and arrangement are made in the innovative concept of hexaphonic geometry , braiding together 784 wires on a thick conductor with a cross-section of 6.4 mm2. In practice, we have retained the cross-section of the Dedalus MKII model, creating a geometry similar to the Invictus Reference model , which reduces steric load, and also improves the already excellent electrical efficiency, and also offers excellent listening refinement.

Another special feature of the Invictus Reference speaker cable is the innovation of the double dielectric, made of two newly developed polymers in the R-TEC (Ricable Technology Construction ) technology, which can significantly improve the dielectric constant and consequently also improve the audio signal flow in the form of a low-voltage electrical signal and at the same time improve the functionality of the RNR (Ricable Noise Reduction) germanium semiconductor.

Innovation combined with tradition

In addition to its innovative geometry, the new insulation made of cotton and a cylinder system that separates the screen from the conductor makes its double protection against external interference very effective. The plugs are the same as those of the Dedalus MKII speaker cable.
