1. Complaints procedure

Every customer who has made a purchase at the AVcorp.pl store has the right to make a complaint on the basis of a warranty if the consumer good is defective


You can do it in 2 simple ways:

1.  AUTOMATIC METHOD (faster)

All you have to do is log in to your account at avcorp.pl and select "Add a complaint" in the COMPLAINT DEPARTMENT (RMA) section. Then, fill in the fields concerning the name of the product being a subject of complaint, the date of purchase and indicate the place of purchase of the goods - online store, eBay auction, Amazon Marketplace or other, unmentioned above. It is also necessary to describe the defectof the product being complaint.
Do not forget to attach proof of purchase of the goods being complaint.
Please, provide the parcel from the moment of registering the complaint within 14 days.

You can track the status of your complaint from the position of your account in the store in the "Your complaints" section.



2.  MANUAL METHOD (a bit more slower)

Contact us by e-mail at info @ avcorp.pl and report a complaint.
Shop service will register your complaint and give it a number in our RMA database.

The final step before returning the goods to the expertise will be to download, fill and print the following complaint form and attach it together with the returned product:

    1.  Complaint Form - for download in Word format

    2.  Complaint Form - for download in PDF  format


Do not forget to attach proof of purchase of the goods being complaint.
Please, provide the parcel from the moment of registering the complaint within 14 days.

You will be informed about the status of your complaint by e-mail.


 

2. Complaints conditions

  1. If it is found that the Product is defective, the Buyer is obliged to inform the Seller about it.

  2. The complaint should contain:

    a. name and surname, address of residence or stay and e-mail address of the Buyer

    b. the date of conclusion of the contract, which is the basis for the complaint

    c. the subject of the complaint, indicating the Buyer's request,

    d. description of the Product defect and the date of the Product defect.

  3. The Proof of Purchase or a copy of it must be added to the item delivered to the complaint.

  4. The Buyer is obliged to return the Product reported to the complaint to the address of the Seller.

  5. The Seller undertakes to respond to the complaint submitted by the Buyer within 14 days. No response from the Seller after the expiry of the term indicated in the previous sentence results in the complaint being considered justified.

  6. Slight differences in appearance resulting from the individual computer settings of the Buyer - and in particular the monitor - may not be sufficient basis for a complaint of the purchased Product.
