Teflon insulation and 2-core shield structure, which is unusual for a headphone cable
The conduction characteristics of a cable are greatly affected not only by the conductor but also by the insulating material and cable structure. ACOUSTIC REVIVE uses Teflon, which has an excellent relative permittivity, to insulate conductors. Compared to general PVC (vinyl chloride) insulation, which has a high relative permittivity of 5.6, Teflon insulation has a low relative permittivity of 2.1, so there is no transmission loss and overwhelming transmission speed is achieved.
